The following terms and conditions apply to all purchasers of Ravitone calling card products. In addition to all terms and conditions stated below, all purchasers of Ravitone calling cards must also accept the terms and conditions stated on the back of each card.

1. Ravitone will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the purchaser because of a change in calling card rates due to service provider alterations.
2. Calling card prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Rates and minutes quoted on each calling card may not include applicable taxes.
4. Extra charges for calls made to cell phones, fax machines or answering machines may apply. Ravitone is not responsible for the loss of calling card credit in such instances.
5. Once scratched, all phone card purchases are deemed as non-refundable and without residual value.
6. Purchaser must take notice of allotted duration of use before expiry for each phone card. Most Ravitone calling card expiries occur 180 days after their first use.
7. Ravitone respects the privacy of each calling card purchaser. All private information disclosed to Ravitone, will be deemed confidential and will not be released to any third parties.
8. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and all other intellectual property contained in this website and all Ravitone products, are owned solely by Ravitone. Purchasers agree not to copy, modify, publish, sell, or distribute this information for any commercial uses without written approval from Ravitone.
9. Purchaser agrees not to use any Ravitone products in an unlawful or prohibited manner and all actions must be in accordance with provincial, national and international laws and regulations.
10. Ravitone reserves the right to make periodic changes to its products. Each purchaser is bound to the terms and conditions outlined herein when such changes take place.
11. At its sole discretion, Ravitone reserves the right to terminate the use of any purchaser’s account for any reason. In such instances, Ravitone agrees to issue the purchaser a refund for the unused cost of the product.
12. Should the terms and conditions herein be altered by Ravitone in any way, Ravitone agrees to notify the purchaser by uploading the amendments to the website. New terms and conditions are effective immediately upon live posting online.
13. This website and the calling card products provided by Ravitone are offered ‘as is’ and are not accompanied by any warranties.
